Ordering & Shipping

All orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg qualify for free shipping.

In the rest of Europe, you’ll enjoy free shipping on orders of €100 or more. For orders under this amount, shipping costs €20.

For orders shipped to Switzerland, standard shipping is free on orders of €200 or more. For orders under this amount, shipping costs €20. If you choose UPS Express shipping, the shipping cost is €30.

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, standard shipping is free on orders of £200 or more. For orders under this amount, shipping costs £20. If you choose UPS Express shipping, the shipping cost is £30.

If you place your order on a business day before 4:00 p.m. and live in the Netherlands or Belgium, your order will usually be delivered the next day.

Delivery to Germany takes 2–3 business days. Delivery to the UK, Ireland, and Switzerland takes an average of 3–5 business days.

As soon as the carrier picks up your order from us, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking code that allows you to easily track your package. In most cases, your order will be shipped via DHL. You’ll also receive automatic updates on the status of your order.

Returning

You can return your online purchase within 14 days. Of course, you’re welcome to try the items on at home, but we ask that you return them unused and unworn, in their original packaging and with the price tags still attached.

Depending on the country you are returning from, there are two ways to request a return:

  • Benelux and other European countries: easily register your return through our returns portal.
  • United Kingdom (UK) and Austria: Please contact our customer service team to request a UPS return label.

Returns from the Benelux and other European countries
Do you live in the Benelux or another European country? If so, you can easily request a return through our returns portal. Enter your ZIP code along with your order number or tracking number, select the items you want to return, and receive your return label immediately via email or choose a QR code.

To help our after-sales team and continue improving our collections, we would appreciate it if you could provide a reason for the return when you submit your return request.

After registering, you can drop off your package at a pickup location operated by the specified carrier. You will receive instructions on how to do this along with your return label or QR code.

Returns from the United Kingdom (UK) and Austria
Customers from the United Kingdom (UK) and Austria are currently unable to use our returns portal. Would you like to return an item? Please send an email to info@giordano.eu with your order number, the number of items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once we receive your email, we will send you a UPS return label that you can use to ship the return.

Return shipping costs

Returns are free when you use the return label we send you via email. If you choose to return the package yourself using your own shipping method, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.


Exchange

At this time, it is not possible to exchange items directly for a different size or color. Would you like a different size or color? Simply register your return for free via our returns portal and place a new order right away. That way, you’ll receive the size or color you want faster.


Refund

We do our very best to refund your purchase as quickly as possible. Once we’ve received your return, it will take a maximum of 3 to 4 business days. Usually, this process is even faster. You will receive your refund via the same payment method you used to make your purchase.
