Delivery

If you place an order on workdays before 16:00 hours, your order will be shipped the same day.

Our shipping method:
Giordano.eu ships all orders within the Netherlands with DHL. Shipping within the Netherlands is free of charge. Different rates apply for deliveries outside the Netherlands, which are listed at the bottom of this page.

Orders are delivered to a home or work address. It is not possible to deliver to a PO Box address.

Do you place your order on a business day before 16:00? Then it will be shipped the same day. DHL aims to deliver your package within 1-2 business days.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a DHL Track & Trace link. This allows you to easily follow the status of your shipment:

No delivery on Sundays and public holidays
DHL does not deliver packages on Sundays and public holidays. Adjusted delivery times may apply around holidays. Please check the DHL Parcel website for up-to-date information.

Delivery abroad
For international orders we also work with DHL. The rates and delivery times differ per country; you can find these in the overview at the bottom of this page.

 

Returning

Should the item of your choice still not fit, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. In this case you can send an email to [email protected]. Please mention the reason for return. It is very important that the item(s) are returned in good condition. If this is not the case, Giordano has the option not to accept the item(s) or to charge a reduction in value. This is the case when: Items are damaged, labels or tags (hangtags) are missing, items have been washed or when items have been worn.

It is only possible to return items purchased on www.giordano.eu in the above manner. Items purchased at one of our points of sale must be returned in the shop of purchase.

HOW TO RETURN

1. 1. Via DHL

• You will receive a return form with your order. Please fill in this form as completely as possible. Add it to the package you want to return;
• Mention the following return address on the box.

• Deliver your parcel to a DHL delivery point and keep the shipping receipt with the barcode/track&trace code. (For the nearest DHL point, please visit www.dhl.nl)
• You will receive a confirmation of receipt as soon as we have processed your return.

RETURN

Giordano applies a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. You must register your return within this period via [email protected].

PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN

From the moment you submit your order to a DHL point, it may take 14 days before we have processed your return in our distribution centre.

After receipt, every returned order is checked. If it appears that your return is undamaged and within the return period, you will receive a credit note by e-mail and we will instruct the relevant bank or credit card authority to refund your entire purchase amount. If the item is returned damaged, we may charge you for the reduction in value.

BACK PAYMENT

You will receive the purchase amount of your online order as soon as possible via the payment method you used during the ordering process. Usually this will be within a week, but at the latest within 14 days after receipt. Depending on your bank or credit card agency, it may take up to 3 working days for the amount to be processed and actually credited back to your credit card/bank account.
