Deliveries & Returns

Delivery:

If you place an order on workdays before 16:00 hours, your order will be shipped the same day.

Our shipping method:

Giordano.eu uses DHL for orders within the Netherlands. Shipping within the Netherlands is free of charge. For orders outside the Netherlands we use different prices. These prices can be found at the bottom of this page. Orders can only be delivered to residential addresses or of course at your place of work. Unfortunately it is not possible to send a parcel to a P.O. box. We strive to deliver orders within one to two working days.

  • If you place an order on workdays (Mon-Fri) before 16:00 hours, it will be shipped the same day.
  • When your order leaves our distribution center, you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code that allows you to track the status of your shipment.
  • When you are not at home at the time of delivery and the package can not be delivered to you, this is standard offered to your neighbors. When you do not want your order to be delivered to one of your neighbors. Would you like to mention this during the ordering process in the comments bar. If the parcel delivery to your neighbors fails, you will receive a message from the deliveryman. On this message is a 'non home code'. With this code you can make a choice on the website of "PostNL" for a second parcel delivery on a day, period and location that suits you better.
  • If you and your neighbours are not at home at the second offer and you have not been able to receive your parcel, you can pick up the parcel at one of the PostNL Post Offices with the message from the deliveryman. You have three weeks to do so. After that, the shipment will be returned to the sender. If you are going to pick up your shipment, you always need to identify yourself.

NO DELIVERY ON SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

On Sundays and holidays PostNL does not deliver orders. On the PostNL website you can find more information about delivery around the holidays.

DELIVERY ABROAD

For shipping abroad we use different rates. Shipment will also take place via another carrier. The delivery times per country can be found in the schedule below.

RETURN

Mocht het item van uw keuze toch niet passen, dan kunt u deze binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst aan ons retourneren. U kunt in dit geval een mail sturen naar [emailΒ protected]. Vermeld hierbij de reden van retour. Het is erg belangrijk dat het artikel/de artikelen in goede conditie worden geretourneerd. Wanneer dit niet het geval is heeft Giordano de mogelijkheid om het artikel/ de artikelen niet te accepteren of een waardevermindering in rekening te brengen. Dit is het geval wanneer: Artikelen beschadigd zijn, labels of etiketten (hangtags) ontbreken, artikelen zijn gewassen of wanneer artikelen zijn gedragen.

It is only possible to return items purchased on www.giordano.eu in the above manner. Items purchased at one of our points of sale must be returned in the shop of purchase.

  • You will receive a return form with your order. Please fill in this form as completely as possible. Add it to the package you want to return;
  • Mention the following return address on the box.

  • Deliver your parcel to a DHL delivery point and keep the shipping receipt with the barcode/track&trace code. (For the nearest DHL point, please visit www.dhl.nl)
  • You will receive a confirmation of receipt as soon as we have processed your return.

RETURN

Giordano hanteert een termijn van 14 dagen vanaf de datum van ontvangst. U dient binnen deze periode uw retourzending aan te melden via [emailΒ protected]

PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN

From the moment you submit your order to a DHL point, it may take 14 days before we have processed your return in our distribution centre.

After receipt, every returned order is checked. If it appears that your return is undamaged and within the return period, you will receive a credit note by e-mail and we will instruct the relevant bank or credit card authority to refund your entire purchase amount. If the item is returned damaged, we may charge you for the reduction in value.

BACK PAYMENT

You will receive the purchase amount of your online order as soon as possible via the payment method you used during the ordering process. Usually this will be within a week, but at the latest within 14 days after receipt. Depending on your bank or credit card agency, it may take up to 3 working days for the amount to be processed and actually credited back to your credit card/bank account.
