Next, enter your information and click “Create Account” again once everything has been filled in correctly.

Ordering & Delivery
For orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, shipping is free.
In the rest ofEurope, you’ll enjoyfree shipping on orders of €100 or more. For orders under this amount, shipping costs €20.
For orders shipped toSwitzerland,standard shipping isfree on ordersof €200 or more. For orders under this amount, shipping costs €20. If you choose UPS Express shipping, the shipping cost is €30.
For orders shipped to theUnited Kingdom,standard shipping isfree on ordersof £200 or more. For orders under this amount, shipping costs £20. If you choose UPS Express shipping, the shipping cost is £30.

If you place your order on a business day before 4:00 p.m. and live in the Netherlands or Belgium, we’ll usually deliver your order the next day.
If you place your order on Friday after 4:00 p.m., you'll receive your package by Tuesday at the latest.
Delivery to Germany takes 2–3 business days. Delivery to the UK, Ireland, and Switzerland takes an average of 3–5 business days.

Wondering where your order is? You can easily track the status of your package on our tracking page. Enter your tracking number to see exactly where your order is and when you can expect to receive it.
Exchanges & Returns
You can return your online purchase within 14 days. Of course, you’re welcome to try the items on at home, but we ask that you return them unused and unworn, in their original packaging and with the price tags still attached.
Benelux and other European countries:
You can easily request a return through our returns portal. Enter your ZIP code along with your order number or tracking number, select the items you want to return, and receive your return label immediately via email or choose a QR code.
United Kingdom (UK) and Austria:
Customers in the United Kingdom (UK) and Austria are currently unable to use our returns portal. Would you like to return an item? Please send an email to info@giordano.eu with your order number, the number of items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will then send you a UPS return label.
To help our after-sales team and continue improving our collections, we would appreciate it if you could provide a reason for the return when you submit your return request.
After registering your return or receiving your UPS return label, you can drop off your package at a drop-off location operated by the specified carrier. You will receive instructions on how to do this along with your return label or QR code.
Returns are free when you use the return label or QR code you receive through our returns portal, or the UPS return label you receive from our customer service team.

If you choose to return the package yourself using your own shipping method, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
At this time, it is not possible to exchange items directly for a different size or color.
Would you like a different size or color? Simply place a new order and return the item you don’t want to keep. Customers in the Benelux and other European countries can easily arrange a free return through our returns portal.
Are you returning an item from the United Kingdom (UK) or Austria? Please contact our customer service team at info@giordano.eu to request a UPS return label.
We do our very best to refund your purchase amount as quickly as possible. Once we’ve received your return, it will take up to 3 to 4 business days. Usually, this process is even faster.
You will receive a refund via the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

No, unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange or return items after the return period has expired.

Products & Sizes
Our clothing generally fits true to size. For most products, you’ll find a section titled “See Size Guide for more details” below the item description, which provides additional information about the fit and sizes.
If this information isn't listed, you can easily contact us for additional advice by clicking "Ask about this item" on the product page.
Can't decide between two sizes? We recommend ordering both sizes and returning the one that doesn't fit at no cost.
For most products , you’ll find a size chart below the item under “See Size Guide for more details.” Here you’ll find additional information about the product’s fit and measurements.
Can't find the size chart, or are you unsure about the right size? Feel free to contact us via “Ask about this item.” We'd be happy to help you with personalized sizing advice.
To keep your clothes looking their best, we recommend always following the care instructions on the label. It also helps to wash your clothes inside out, so that colors, prints, and fabrics stay looking great for longer.
It’s best to wash at a low temperature and avoid the dryer whenever possible, as this can cause wear and shrinkage. By taking good care of your clothes, you’ll be able to enjoy them for as long as possible.
Complaints & Issues
Did you receive the wrong item, or did your item arrive damaged or defective? Please feel free to contact our customer service team via email, phone, or the contact form on our website.
Please include your order number and, if possible, send a photo of the item. This will allow us to assist you more quickly and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Of course, we’ll make sure you don’t have to pay for any return shipping costs yourself.
