Shipping policy

Voor bestellingen binnen Nederland, België en Luxemburg betaal je geen verzendkosten.

Binnen de rest van Europa profiteer je van gratis verzending bij bestellingen vanaf €100. Voor bestellingen onder dit bedrag bedragen de verzendkosten €20.

Voor bestellingen naar Zwitserland geldt gratis standaardverzending vanaf €200. Voor bestellingen onder dit bedrag bedragen de verzendkosten €20. Kies je voor UPS Express verzending, dan bedragen de verzendkosten €30.

Voor bestellingen naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk geldt gratis standaardverzending vanaf £200. Voor bestellingen onder dit bedrag bedragen de verzendkosten £20. Kies je voor UPS Express verzending, dan bedragen de verzendkosten £30.

Bestel je op werkdagen vóór 16:00 uur en woon je in Nederland of België? Dan wordt je bestelling meestal de volgende dag geleverd.

Voor Duitsland geldt een levertijd van 2–3 werkdagen. Voor Engeland, Ierland en Zwitserland is de levertijd gemiddeld 3–5 werkdagen.

Zodra je bestelling door de vervoerder bij ons is opgehaald, ontvang je een verzendbevestiging per e-mail met een track & trace code waarmee je je pakket eenvoudig kunt volgen. In de meeste gevallen wordt je bestelling verzonden met DHL. Je ontvangt daarnaast automatisch updates over de status van je bestelling.

For orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, shipping is free of charge.

If you place your order on weekdays before 4:00 PM and live in the Netherlands or Belgium, your order will usually be delivered the next day.

For Germany, the delivery time is 2–3 business days. For England, Ireland, and Switzerland, the average delivery time is 3–5 business days.

As soon as your order has been collected by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a track & trace code, allowing you to easily follow your parcel. In most cases, your order will be shipped with DHL. You will also automatically receive updates regarding the status of your order.
